Water: quality of Life

Besides salt also water is extremely important to us, our bodies existing for more then 70 % out of water. Water is our most important food and together with salt it is responsible for the regulation of the functioning of all body processes in our organism, from digestion up to thinking.

Recent research of a/o Masaru Emoto – Messages from Water – show that water carries information. It is quite possible to see in the water crystals what thought has been influencing the water: thoughts and feelings of love and thankfulness give a beautifully structured geometrical crystal, while thoughts of hatred destroy the structure in the water altogether.

In nature the water that gives life, is full of energy and has a good structure, can be found in fruits and vegetables that are grown in the bio-dynamic way. Also this wholesome, so-called 'ripened' water springs from the surface of the earth, as is the case in e.g. Lourdes. However, it is difficult to find a spring or well with excellent water nowadays. The quality of the natural water has been diminishing for many a year due to environmental factors, which lead to the necessity of chemical additives to clean and 'improve' the quality of our water. After the transportation through the water system under pressure, the water that runs from our taps is energetically, physically and structurally seen dead. This water cannot fulfil the original purifying and moistening function in our bodies anymore.

Many people use mineral water. This water contains relatively many inorganic substances that prevent the water from absorbing the superfluous inorganic minerals in our body and transport them out of our physical system. So this way water cannot fulfil her purifying function either.

Bottled water with a low mineral content is an option, as are apparatus that distract the minerals from the water before using it. In our Centre for Inner Peace we apply the following methods:

1. The daily supply of water we need for drinking and cooking is filtered through a carbon filter. After that the water is stored in a glass jar in the sun, containing a piece of 'rose' quartz (a pink stone from either Brazil or Madagascar, and a few drops of 'sole'. Through this procedure the water has gained both energy and structure. Every day pots and stones are cleaned.
2. To bring the structure and energy on a still higher level we put the sign 'AUM' on the pot, Sanskrit for 'GOD'. You may want to write the word 'love' or 'thankfulness' on the jar or something else that you really like. It takes about 24 hours for the water to absorb the energy of these words.
3. We use the water with feelings of love and appreciation.

This way we take living water we can use to its full extent to clean and strengthen our bodies. In combination with the Crystalline rock salt from the Himalayas we now truly have a Life-elixir to our disposal.

'Rose' quartz

Is a beautiful of Mother Earth. Not only is it beautiful to look at, the energy of the stone helps us human beings to vibrate in our hearts with love and harmony. This way we may strengthen these particular energies in ourselves and be more aware of the fact that Inner Peace is always given to us in sheer abundance.
